The blog server is now up and running, and hi to the Music Research Group. There are currently about 92 themes available although we’ve only just started editing the templates to add the sidebar widgets for configuring your sidebars, as well as subscription for comments and blogs. Google ads are also being added to cover our bandwidth costs and we’re taking the time to edit these into each style so as not to detract from your blogging experience too much.
Anarchy Media plugin is also installed by default so you can upload mp3, Flash flv, Quicktime mov, m4v, m4a, m4b, 3gp and Windows wmv, avi, asf files, then just “send to editor” and they will be published ready to play on your blog. In addition to these media you can also upload or link to Flash swf, Director dcr as well as Google Video, YouTube and iFilm movies via the respective editor buttons.
